It was our group get together yesterday...and as usual
we had a GOOD OL' TIME!
We did a bit of stitchin and then we decide to have
some fixin's
It was "fix ur own" deli sandwiches...
and some YUMMY desserts!
Eating goes good with
Show n Tell....right?
ok....can you guess what this is? ....
It's a bottle top opener with a crochet edge! I'm thinkin...
I NEED one of these...=D
....a crochet hook case that rolls up and ties
This is a beautiful crochet necklace ...
#2 crochet ...really pretty too
This quilt is really a fun quilt because it is a....
Family Reunion Quilt. The main squares are the parents,
or adult siblings. The cream sections that surround the
main square are the children of those parents...
GREAT MEMORIES!
The show and tell is such a fun part of our gathering!
It encourages us to work on projects and to finish them.
For each project that we bring we get a ticket to win a
gift bag with lots of fun goodies. We can bring a project once
unfinished and once finished...
What about YOU? Do you go to groups that do show and tell?
How do you organize the show n tell in your group?

The guild I am in always has a show and tell at the end - unfinished and finished pieces are welcomed. BUT we do a door prize and in order to win, you have to have your homemade name badge on (part of our 'getting to know you' project).
I love show and tell's! I recently went to a quilt store where they did that and pulled me right into the group. Even though I did not have a project they wanted me to join them and boy was I inspired! So now I have that group and this group (the contest) which inspires me to finish my projects! I love the idea of a name badge...I think I'll make one!
THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR PHOTOS!
JUST LOVED THEM!

What fun! I'm not a member of any group, so thanks for sharing your show and tell.
Oh, your new header is WONDIFEROUS!!!!!!! CUTE CUTE CUTE!!!
The projects are all amazing and inspiring, but I gotta admit, you got me with the pics of food. :)
I so wish we had such groups! I know there are a few in our area, but they all meet during the day. I am a teacher and have to be at school during the day. Sigh. I am so jealous of those with such tight groups and such sharing. ~Kelly
